Electric SUVs are quickly becoming the car to have if you're keen on doing away with fossil fuels, with more manufacturers releasing electrified SUVs than any other body style.

Kia EV6 AIR
The Kia EV6 is the brand’s first dedicated electric vehicle and its top-spec GT-Line AWD variant was the winner of Wheels Car of the Year in 2022.
As standard, the EV6 Air gets features such as; three USB ports (one type A and two type C) in the front, plus two USB Cs for rear occupants, a wireless phone charger and a six-speaker sound system. It also has 19-inch machined alloy wheels.

Hyundai Ioniq 5
Rapid performance, ultra-fast 350kW charging and a palatial, thoughtfully designed cabin? Hyundai’s breakthrough EV is a compelling package. And at a reasonable price, too…

Tesla Model Y
The midsize Tesla Model Y SUV went on sale in Australia in 2022, priced from $68,900 – although the entry price increased to $72,300 just weeks later.
In Australia, Tesla offers the Model Y alongside the Model 3 sedan, enhancing appeal with the benefits of a higher seating position and a full hatch-style boot.

Volvo XC40
Volvo delivers you a five-door SUV with 20-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, active LED headlights, auto wipers, keyless entry and start, powered tailgate, leather seats, dual-zone climate control, a 9.0-inch touchscreen in portrait mode, sat-nav, wireless charging, leather interior and power everything.

BMW iX
The iX 40 xDrive comes in two battery capacities and three specifications, starting at $135,900 before on-road costs. For that you get 21-inch wheels, auto LED headlights, 18-speaker stereo, 2.5 zone climate control, heated and massaging front seats, and keyless entry/start.
